ACCOMMODATION

Never stop growing is our motto. A motto that is literally woven into the DNA of HOBIJ and all our employees. We achieve growth together by being prepared to go the extra mile. We do that ourselves; we do that for the companies we work with and we do that for flex workers who work for us day after day. We support this by helping flex workers have a good living space. In addition, we arrange transport, documents and other administrative matters.

HOBIJ ACADEMY

We train you for various positions in our own Academy. From welder to forklift driver and from technician to administrative assistant. Here, too, Never Stop Growing is paramount. We offer you the opportunity to educate yourself or even to re-educate in the direction you want. You plan your future together with your job coach. And determine the next step in your career.

TRANSPORT

We strive to accommodate our flex workers close to the workplace so that they can go to work by bicycle or together in a HOBIJ car which we make available. We do this because we think it is important to be a good employer. At HOBIJ, we can rightfully say that we take the extra step in caring for our personnel. The goal? Optimizing the happiness at work of our flex workers.
