HOBIJ mediates welders, assemblers and mechanics for steel construction. From students out of our own Never Stop Growing Academy to immediately deployable (adult) employees. Our people can be utilized for all kinds of jobs. From uncertified welding to certified work for various execution classes.

Shipbuilding & Offshore

Here we help you with welders and iron workers for shipbuilding and offshore. Both with new construction projects and repair and maintenance. It involves certified welders and iron workers who have undergone various safety training courses.

Mechanical engineering

We mediate welders, construction bench workers and machine builders for machine construction. These people can assemble, bond and weld independently from drawing. For steel and stainless steel.

Petrochemistry

Here we focus especially on supervisors, foremen, pipe fitters, fitters and welders. On this level we organise a lot of safety training in our own Never Stop Growing Academy. We also conduct various tests and we provide associated certifications.

Food & Pharmaceutics

HOBIJ mediates pipe fitters and welders for the Food and Pharmaceutical sector. Obviously, all our flex workers are qualified to the standards that apply within food & pharmaceutics. The candidates are screened on hard and soft skills. And they are familiar with the regulations within food safety environments.

Installation technology

In the installation technology sector, we mediate and look for electricians, panel builders and technicians, thick-walled and thin walled. We do this for the industry, utility and residential construction sector.

Renewable Energies

The renewable energies sector is making great leaps. Here we mediate electricians and mechanical engineers for the installation of solar panels, both in the utility and residential construction sector.

We were looking for a work planner for Van Grinsven in Veghel. To provide additional support to the client, we produced a work-as-video for them. By recording the various tasks and contact moments of the work planner on video, we were able to give the candidates a better image of the position.
