Do you only have temporary jobs?

HOBIJ primarily has jobs on a temporary basis, but many of our customers offer prospects for permanent employment. It happens regularly that flex workers start work via HOBIJ and are then taken on by the customer after a certain period. HOBIJ also acts as an intermediary in recruitment and selection processes, particularly for jobs at a higher level.

Will I be paid less via HOBIJ than if I was employed directly by the customer?

No. In most cases, HOBIJ is obliged to keep to the salaries paid by the customer. If this is not the case, then HOBIJ pays the salaries stated in the ABU* Collective Labour Agreement for agency staff.
