Generally our website can be visited without your personal data being passed on to us. Just like many other websites, this website does gather automatically determined non-identifiable information about the users of the website, such as for example the Internet Protocol (IP)-address of your computer. The moment you fill out your data on our website or when you register at one of our branches, your personal data are recorded for the implementation of our HR-services, among which: mediation, deployment, secondment, Managed Services, payroll, recruitment & selection, payroll administration and personnel management. Your personal data are processed (1) in order to be able to make you an offer and/or provide information about the services and other activities, (2) in order to be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with mediation for permanent or temporary work or an assignment, (3) in order to enter into and to maintain an employee- or personnel/agency relationship with you, (4) in order to be able to lay down an assignment with the client in an agreement with the client and to maintain and fulfil the agreement with the client, (5) for the promoting of your personal development, among which training and education, (6) for management purposes among which management information, the provision of internal control and operational safety and the performance of audits and independent audits, and (7) in order to be able to meet laws and regulations.
The following personal data are included in the processing:
- Data about name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other contact information
- Date of birth, age, civil status, gender
- Passport photo, nationality, Citizen Service Number, ID-card, work, permit, Statement Employment Relationship
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), information regarding education and work experience, references and certificates of capability
- Data about availability and leave
HOBIJ only registers special personal data if this is necessary in order to fulfil her legal obligations for as far as permission thereto has been granted or in case this is otherwise permitted by or under the law. ‘Special personal data’ means data about race, religion or belief, political affinity, health, sexual life, trade-union membership, criminal data and/or data on wrongful conduct or disruptive behaviour.
HOBIJ can submit
your personal data to other HOBIJ entities, her clients and subcontractors (for example data processors) who provide services on her behalf, suppliers, public authorities and other business relations. And in all other cases in which we are required to do so, for example by means of a judicial order or a judicial decision. Your Personal Data can be passed on outside the Netherlands. HOBIJ has
taken the necessary measures in order to ensure that all transmitted personal data are adequately protected.
HOBIJ will do everything possible to protect your personal data from improper use. We do this by using physical, administrative and technological measures. For example: only authorised persons have access to the data. If and for as far as data are disclosed to third parties will we handle this reasonably confidential.

For employees and clients: only employees of HOBIJ have the possibility to alter or to remove your data. If you wish to inspect your complete personal data processing and/or wish to alter data or to remove data you cannot alter yourself, you can contact your contact person at HOBIJ.
